As opposed to attaching one.First choose your picture.Now right click your picture... (see pic below)Copy the link next to: Address (URL) This is dougs: http://www.johnchapman.plus.com/images/Jog...ogger%20(1).gif ...Now on WF Click "My controls" up at the top.Then click "Edit signature" on the left at the bottom. Paste that into the box that pops up. (see pic below)Then click ok!Now in the white box you should see [ IMG ]http://www.johnchapman.plus.com/images/Jogger%20(1'>]http://www.johnchapman.plus.com/images/Jogger%20(1).gif[ /IMG ]Click "Update my signature" Instead of the [ IMG ]http://www.johnchapman.plus. com/images/Jogger%20(1).gif[/ IMG] being displayed...WF will pinch the image from the link.Hey presto your image is now in your signature. Doing my last run tomorrow morn aiming for a gentle 4/5 miler. Onlt did a gentle 6 miler on Mon. Been hammering at fastish 6.4 miles every other day 'till then. Will be doing some gentle strolls for the rest of the week. Thanks all for the help. Think there may sommat up with the controls for my website.
