adamlang
Having a nightmare with windows live mail, it was working fine until the 10th of november. Now the reply button is disabled on any emails that I have received since the 10th November but anything prior to that I can reply to with no problems. Any ideas anyone?ThanksAdam
Dencandy
You could try System Restore to a date before 10 November. If that doesn't work, uninstall Windows Live from Add/Remove programs in Control Panel, then download a brand new version from the Microsoft website. maggi35
Hotmail will automatically delete e-mails over a certain age which are in your inbox (read the terms & conditions and small print), however if you create a folder and then move all your e-mails you want to save from the inbox to the folder. Hotmail will not delete the e-mails, or just print them to a pdf file and save them to your hard drive.
