Wireless connection issue

Recommended Posts

Hi Tunedude.

:welcomewf:

From the information you have given I would say the fault almost certainly lies within the Vista Operating System.

As much as I hate the sort of software that says it can fix just about everything on your computer. There is such a piece of "FREE" software that may just sort you out. :yahoo:

Try: Complete Internet Repair 0.9.3.935

I wouldn't be recommending this if it were not 100% safe and known to fix problems that can sometimes take ages of hunting down and altering various settings.

The main website: http://www.rizone3.com/ also has some other useful software ( Stand-alone "Winsock Repair")

has in the past saved me some time when trying to fix connectivity problems.

Let us know how you get on.

John. :flowers:

EDIT: This is small enough to fit on a flash drive, and should be part of every computer repair persons toolkit. - a real time saver !
