penny Posted January 23, 2011 Report Share Posted January 23, 2011 question is NOT about "contact list"..when I hit address bar and type in letter of person's name that I want to add to address box, all mail addresses appear which have been added for this individual...old ones and well as current one..is there anyway to delete these old addresses from this area...they DO NOT appear in "contact list" just show up when trying to put name into address bar?...tks...Penny Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Dencandy Posted January 24, 2011 Report Share Posted January 24, 2011 In Hotmail if you click on "Contacts" (it's usually right at the bottom of the screen on the lower left - scroll down to find it) your list of contacts will appear. At the top of that is an item called "Manage". Click on it & you will get the option to Combine (this refers to multiple entries of the same details) & to Clean Up.
