CheeseBandit
I purchased a Toshiba Satellite about 2 years agoand i sold it too my roomate as i Upgraded to an Asus x83vRecently on his Toshiba its been happening minimum 2 times a day at random it will go to a blue screen and it displays a bunch of words but its too fast to read. then it just restarts. Im usually really good with computers and whatnot but, i just dont know what to do for him.Any thing you guys can do to help us.My first thought was viruses and just slap in a new hard drive and have him get an antivirus BEFORE he DL's GB of pr0n. -pops-
I don't think there is much point in offering a remedy for the problem if your room-mate doesn't have an anti-virus program fitted AND is downloading porn. The seamier side of the Internet is fraught with dangers and to operate without good firewall, anti-virus and other anti-malware programs is folly at the very least. MANEMAN
I go along exactly with what Pops has just said.CheeseBandit Said:- just slap in a new hard drive Yep ! - That's the answer. I agree with you Cheezeybandit. - If it's as old as two years old ! - Throw some money at it why not ?Hell to the rest of the computer learning curve. - Just go for it ! It'll give you and your room mate more time to explore the whole "Cheezeybanditing" scenario side of computing that putting in a new hard drive brings.Have fun you two. John. :)
