stephen
Hi all, I bought a second monitor for my laptop for cad. I set it up and opened cad and moved a window from cad (which I was viewing on my new screen)to my laptop screen. The screen i bought was rubbish so i returned it. now all is good new screen works fine. HOWEVER when I open cad I cannot find the window I moved to my laptop screen. I am assuming my cad program thinks it is open on a screen that does not exist.Any ideas guys I am at a loss and my cad program is useless without my properties windowHELP! pleaseCheers
AlanHo
Is it practical to uninstall your CAD programme, make sure that the registry is cleared of any residual entries and install your CAD program from scratch? This might be quicker than hours and hours of fiddling. Digerati
Find another monitor to borrow for 5 minutes, then drag it back to the primary monitor and you should be good to go.
