Error with File "\3\DLCGtime.dll"

Every time i start up my acer laptop with windows 7 it comes up with the following message:

There was a problem starting \3\DLCGtime.dll

The specified module could not be found.

HELP

Do you have a Dell printer attached? Seems it may be to do with that. Windows cannot find the file on boot and is complaining. You could untick it in msconfig - startup tab(press Winkey and R and type msconfig in the runbox)to stop the message appearing, but that won't solve the underlying problem. Perhaps you need to put the printer driver on again.
