Glenvern
I am running Win 7 and my Graphics performance reads 4.2 (not good)My card is the "ATI Radeon 7000 64mb PCI VGA DUAL HEADS" would this be the reason?or is there something I can do to improve that score? Alan2273
There is no other way to say this, your graphics card is crap, it is a couple of generations behind todays cards, so yes the card is your problem with the low score.

Boris
I can't believe that the HD 5450 is no better than that old "ATI Radeon 7000 64mb PCI VGA DUAL HEADS" :0 Did you install the proper drivers for the new card, and re-run the Windows Experience Index assessment after installing it ?My own HD4670 shows as a 6.8 in WEI
