Posting Text Error

I am always keeping an eye open for sayings suitable for my "Thought for Today". When I find one I add it to a doc file and save it for future use.

To post my daily thought, I open this file, select the next "Thought" then cut and paste it to the forum.

However recently, although the text appears OK when I paste it - after I hit the "post New Topic" button - the text appears on the forum with spaces missing between adjacent words. This happened again today when I posted my "thought" which I have pasted again here a couple of times. To correct the error I am having to edit the post each time.

An abstainer is a weakperson who yields to the temptation of denying himself a pleasure.

I have tried pasting the same text into two other forums and it was OK there.

Can anyone throw any light on this problem.
