Taken from :- http://blogs.computerworld.com/16155/installing_and_tweaking_process_explorer_part_1

to have Process Explorer run automatically at system startup.

To do this, make a shortcut to the procexp.exe file and rename the shortcut to something user friendly.

Then get the properties of the shortcut and set it to run minimized rather than as a normal window.

Finally, cut or copy the shortcut to the startup folder.

There is a startup folder per user and one for all users of the system.

I put the shortcut in the all users startup folder (you need to be an administrator for this).

A standard Windows 7 user, should click the Start button, then All Programs, then right click on the Startup folder, select Open and drop the shortcut to procexp.exe into the folder that opens.

A Windows 7 administrator can autorun Process Explorer for all users by dropping the shortcut into -

C:\Users\All users\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup
