bludgard
Hi, emp.Dou you possess install media and are able to boot from said media?Try tapping the F8, F12, or ESC keys intermittently after post but before Windows starts loading. We're going for is something like last known good configuration. If there is no recovery partition on the machine, or it has become corrupt, that is where the install media will come in handy. ;)Same as a Windows 7 repair disk. WinRE. Tools, man!Better yet; the infamous system image.Windows 7 Advanced startup options. If this isn't apropos, keep posting. :D

Makcalable
You will need to contact Toshiba customer support as it seems your BIOS password which is causing you to get this blue screen asking for a password, it is a BIOS fault and Toshiba customer support can help you with this. http://www.csd.toshiba.com/cgi-bin/tais/support/jsp/home.jsp
