Welcome to Windows Forum.If it is Ultra Surf that is being referenced (I think ulra stuff is a brand of Oreo cookies ), could you not just simply uninstall the program?If not; please provide information of what version of Windows is running and what browser is being affected? It is aimed at breaching internet censorship of the Chinese government. If the Chinese government is not able to affect a permanent solution to block UltraSurf, I see little chance of it being stopped at a network level. I suggest revoking internet privilages to those who do not abide by rules. If it is a work environment; fire the violaters. What kind of network environment is this, by the way?
