I have several USB dirves that were used under XP pro. The drives are now connected to a computer with Windows 7. The drives have files with very long random numbers/letters (11f8a624281b7877a131) with subfiles with 4 digit assending numbers. Are these old XP backups? and more importantly How is the best way to delete them.

I have inclluded a screen shot.
