Samsung Support Centre and other solutionsFirst try to fix the problem using the Samsung Support Centre. To do so, please follow the steps below.Open All Programs > Samsung > Samsung Support Centre, or press the Fn + F7 key combination on your keyboard.Click Troubleshooting and System Diagnosis.Check the Sound Test and Start.
