Only in this case I have more than a bit of sympathy for the fish. In general use the term Shark Attack implies an unprovoked attack by the shark on a human otherwise engaged in alternate maritime activities.

In this case the angler specifically targeted the fish, hooked it and hauled it out of the water and onto his boat where it bit his foot. "This one was a bad, bad fish," Mr Currie said. No this was one careless angler, after all that any fish is going to be seriously pissed off and a seven foot porbeagle is capable of doing something about it. In its position I'd have bitten his damned foot off.

Perhaps they should revamp the title:

I'm also a bit dubious about his motivation "I took a crew of three up there to look for it because it had been attacking seals in the area." In general fishermen detest seals because they eat fish, seems unlikely that he's gone to so much trouble to protect them.
