Cannot locate the internet server or proxy server.

Gaining access to that particular page would give you information about illegal hacks that work.

In my opinion such sites should not be visited.

The guidelines of Windows forum . org also state:

16) Pornography, warez, or any other illegal transactions may NOT be linked in any shape or form.

As you have not been able to access this particular site, obviously you had no knowledge of this.

It may be that your malware software has blocked this site on your behalf, and for your benefit by means of your host file. Apart from that I do not think that any more help can be given on this subject ?
