-pops-
Try a System Restore to a time before this message appeared - before you installed Easy PHP.Have you enquired at the suppliers of the errant software?
adi2012
Unfortunatly a System Restore doesn't affect this because whenever I (un)install EasyPHP I get this error message on Win 7 shutdown..Any other suggestion is welcome.Thank you.Adi

eeon
Sounds as though EasyPHP is some kind of local webhost? From experience (Uniserver, USBWebserver) these kinds of programs can be a bit awkward to stop and the apache and mysql tasks continue running even when the front-end program has been stopped. It's likely you uninstalled EasyPHP but left the tasks running so they weren't removed. You'll need to open Task Manager (right click task bar, select Task Manager) find the .exe processes in question and kill them, then it might be worth re-installing and uninstalling EasyPHP to do a clean removal of the leftovers.
