Brooklyn Posted August 28, 2013 Report Share Posted August 28, 2013 Java or JavaScript? To disable JavaScript is under Tools Menu, Options, Content tab, uncheck box: "Enable JavaScript". To disable Java go to the Java Control Panel, Advance Tab, under Default Java for browsers, uncheck box: Mozilla Family and restart computer. RonPeters Posted August 23, 2019 Report Share Posted August 23, 2019 Disable Java through the Java Control Panel In the Java Control Panel, 1.Click on the Security tab. 2.Deselect the check box for Enable Java content in the browser. 3.Click Apply. 4.Click OK in the Java Plug-in confirmation window.
