DAsianFatass
Is there any possibility that I can change my os to a 64bit without changing my removing my files within?
bludgard
Back up your files to external device and install the 64-bit version of your choice (if the machines hardware will support it of course).Copy the files back to the HDD/SSD.If it is programs/applications that you want to migrate; forget about it: There will be the need of a Custom (clean) install of the OS from x86 to x64. Welcome to the Forum, DAsianFatass.BTW: Love the handle....
ɹəuəllıʍ ʇɐb
To say it clearly: no, there is no way to "upgrade" 32-bit Windows to 64-bit. See question #5 in http://windows.microsoft.com/en-ph/windows7/32-bit-and-64-bit-windows-frequently-asked-questions
bludgard
Informative link, qat. Very concise and presented with an executive posture (inside joke over here at the moment). Cudos!
