When the session starts and the networking becomes enabled I see the little computer icons for the network is always active for both upload and download. I disabled and enabled networking however the situation is the same. So I closed all browsers, all open programmes and checked with netstat -a and I saw that windows is connected to the following ip: 80.239.205.106.customer.teliacarrier.com:http established. Thinking I had virus I restarted windows in safe mode with networking and scanned whole pc with eset online scanner and bitdefender.To my surprise no virus was found. I restarted in normal mode and as soon as windows opens it connects to the same ip. If this is not virus any idea what makes this connection? Thanks in advance. I believe it may be the hosting for WoW (World of Warcraft) - one of the options for WoW is checking for background downloads of patches, which is what it may be doing. Do you play WoW ?
