I downloaded that pre-release version onto my Windows machine but took it off after a couple of week's. I thought it was a load of rubbish. When you start up on that date you will get the following message. If you would like to continue to run a Windows 8 Virtual Machine, you will need to purchase the latest version of Windows 8 from Microsoft by clicking Get the latest version of Windows or by visitinghttp://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows/download-shop Hope this has helped.
