I don't know about ME but I have windows 2000 and I just go to control panel, double click on keyboard and then click on the input locales tab. Must be similar for ME I would have thought.

while since I used me but if its the same as xp then its

Click on start, control panel and double click regional/language icon. Under the regional options tab, change the language to U.K.

Click on the language tab

Click details

Click on Add Choose English U.K. for language
