I have rebooted both systems and uninstalled the cd/dvd burner drive and let it try to install it still wont work.... i have gone through the program add and remove to make sure i didnt install someone bad but nothing stood out... don't know what else to do... should i just reinstall windows and hopefully that fixes itself..
