Irene
I am trying to post a video from YouTube... All I seem to be able to do is to post a link. What am I missing? I am sure that there was a time when you could post a video which showed the initial small screen. I have posted various forms of this question in various areas on the forum, but no one seems interested in responding!
Alan2273
My way used to work but know it does not, as you cannot get to the link to embed it.

Irene
Many thanks, Alan. That is a great help. At least I now know that it's not just me! I can now notify Craig accordingly.
Craig
Morning all, I have submitted a support request with Invision. I applied a security patch to our forum at the same time we migrated hosts, unsure if that has anything to do with it. I've checked over the back-end settings, nothing stands out, and I can see the forum is set to interact with youtube.com and youtu.be links to automatically embed them. Hopefully that can point me in the right direction. Craig
Craig
>https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_EMhR6cUN8Y Ah ha, if you remove the s from https in the address bar to view this page, you should see an embedded video! Issue has been located, attempting to find a fix.

Irene
I didn't have to do a thing and your two videos popped up! P.S. A bit slow when I refreshed the page, but I expect that will improve when you move us to 'wherever it is'. ;)
