Richard Franklin Posted March 31, 2016 Report Share Posted March 31, 2016 Hi, all of a sudden vista won´t start on my stationary computer. It takes a longer while then usual to start, then it comes to the welcome sign and just stops there and think forever. I can´t get in at all. I´ve googled it and alot of people have had the same problem. My problem is that before windows shows up my screen is just black, if I press f8 to start it in failsafe mode nothing happens. It has always just been black before I get in to windows so that´s not changed, and I have never tried to push f8 before this so don´t know why that doesn´t work. Any suggestions? I´ll get the vista cd tomorrow so maybe I just reformat everytging if that works, Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
