Nourishing as well and full of fibre. 1 x 340g can of sweetcorn (original type) 1 x medium potato roughly chopped 1 x medium onion roughly chopped Make up to one litre with water or chicken/vegetable stock. Something I've just come across is Chicken Bovril which makes a nice soup base stock. This is for a soup maker so just follow the normal procedure. To make in a pan, just cook until the potato is soft and then liquidise. This is a nice base for adding chicken meat, chopped celery leaves or finely sliced chilli. Smoked paprika is nice as well.
