moon
No Firewire on the Abit ? I ain't being flash, I just want the most bang for bucks on the mobo. :)
monkeyhanger
The picture on ebuyer is for the standard non SATA board.( I think) Although the features are for the deluxe board. I do not think the deluxe board has raid. What it should have is 2 integrated SATA connectors on the board, this should be accompanied by 2 standard IDE connectors.Trying to get pictures and specs for the deluxe board from the asus website is to say the least, difficult. moon
I'm trying not to be a pain in the butt here, chaps. Which mobo fits with MH's layout (page back) and has RAID plus Firewire ? If there's something on Ebuyer I can go for the whole list and save a wad on postage. I just bought the hard drives singly to commit myself. moon
OK, I'll risk it if I can find a case. Gets to you, don't it ? Can you recommend a quiet 400watt PSU ? I might have to settle for an aliens head to go with it.OK. This is what you are going to get for you pennies.Looks tasty. Dual BIOS is a bit of a bonus . My old Abit BE6 still has its original 1998 BIOS. Never had the nerve to flash it. :D
