I am still using Windows 10 Mobile and I am worried what happen after 31 Dec 2019. Will WhatsApp stop working completely or it disable some useful features from it? Please help. Boris Posted December 12, 2019 Report Share Posted December 12, 2019 As I understand it, WhatsApp will withdraw support for all Windows phones from December 31, 2019 — when Microsoft ends support of Windows 10 Mobile O/S. If you have a Windows phone, and don’t want to lose all your chats and info you can save your chats. Open the chat you wish to export, Tap on Group Info. Tap ‘Export Chat’. You’ll then be given the option to download the chat with or without any accompanying media files. Choose your option and export all your chats.
