andsome
How anyone can be even vaguely interested in such a wierdo is totally beyond understanding. I am surprised that anyone would bother to watch such rubbish on TV.

andsome
GandalphHi there fellow PCA subscriber. One of the benefits of being retired is that I have plenty of time to visit the smillie site. I would rather do this than watch rubbish like Michael Jackson, wouldn't you?????????????? Gandalph
Hi andsome, Quite right. I watched the programme just to remind myself how Wacko Jacko is. Spending 2 Million on that load of rubbish did the trick. :D If you would kindly let me know where the site is to get these Gif's I will gladly nip along there and grab a handful.Cheers for now,G
bvw
I've no interest in Michael Jackson, if my memory serves me right the film Con Air was on Channel 5 that evening at the same time and we watched that :)
andsome
GandalphIt is a wee bit complicated, but here goes. While you have your message open go to http://www.handykult.de/plaudersmilies.de/ Select a smillie and right click on it, then /properties/. Then highlight the properties, and rightclick on the highlighted properties and select copy. (Sometimes a drag accross the smilie will not highlight it, in this instance right click on the properties and select all.) Click OK, then press back button to come back to your message. Create a curser at the end of your message. Then click on IMG just above your message. A long window will open up. Right click in the window and select paste. Click ok. A load of writing will appear after your message. When you post the message the writing will convert into a smillie. When you are on the smillie page, you can if you wish highlight them all an save to 'my documents'. I did this a rhen imported them into Microsoft Clip gallery. They can then be used in e-mails.

Gandalph
Well, that last post didn't work very well did it, so I'll have another bash at it. I got the download across to My Documents no problem. I am obviously doing something wrong on the actuall posting side of it, but never mind I'll get there in the end. I'm off to try another method or two to see how it goe's.Serif PhotoPlus Picture

Gandalph
Hi andsome, yip got there in the end. I just had to apply a bit of logic and hey-presto. I'm not used to these gif thingy's as I have been spending years doing accounts and VAT and letters, envelopes and general business things and to knackered on a night to even think about them. Many thanks for your help. Now that I haven't got business things to worry about I think I will start and have some fun for a change. Thanks once again, I'll catch you later.Ellas, many thanks for your contribution also. I've had a look at the site and seen quite a few interesting ones. As I am a Serif user I am also going to have a bash at creating my own, that should keep me busy through the day. Something to occupy the old brainbox anyway. Cheers.
