mark2 Posted January 6, 2004 Report Share Posted January 6, 2004 Do you have the BT voyager modem ?from herei work for BTBB technical help desk, and the ways we have found to get rid of this message are as follows,>delete the connections in dial up networking>restart ya pc.>create new connection>restart, usually sorts it for most of the ppl with this problem.>using a the csras32.ocx file fix page... http://btvoyager.no-ip.com>call the THD for more help, contact us 0800 800 060 and ask for the THD number Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
