Do you have the BT voyager modem ?

from here

i work for BTBB technical help desk, and the ways we have found to get rid of this message are as follows,

>delete the connections in dial up networking

>restart ya pc.

>create new connection

>restart, usually sorts it for most of the ppl with this problem.

>using a the csras32.ocx file fix page... http://btvoyager.no-ip.com

>call the THD for more help, contact us 0800 800 060 and ask for the THD number

i just done all of this but it still come up ;)
