The time taken to expose the moon would blur the image of the plane, and there would be no lighting to show the detail of the plane. I think you can almost guarantee that this is a clever superimposition. The detail which shows up in the plane would need such a long exposure in half moon light that it would move for several miles before the exposure would be sufficient, it would have to in effect stand still for some time.
