trackrat Posted February 1, 2004 Author Report Share Posted February 1, 2004 After reading about the two OS`s, I decided to download Redhat.I looked at the instructions link that expertec posted and not knowing much about software I could not follow it.My question is now I have downloaded and burned all three to disc, is will it auto run when I insert the first disc or do I need a boot disc to make it work. trackrat Posted February 1, 2004 Author Report Share Posted February 1, 2004 Thanks for that, it was what I wanted to know.When I downloaded them to my desktop (prior to burning) I clicked on disc 1 and it just showed up as a data file which windows could not read, so that is why I posted the previous question.Once again thanks I have no doubt I will be back to ask a lot more questions on Linux.
