nellie2
Hi AndyYou could get rid of these two if you don't want the MyWay Search bar. It is considered as spyware by some folks.O4 - HKLM\..\RunOnce: [My Search Bar Installer] "C:\Program Files\MyWay\myBar\MYSETP.EXE" /rO4 - HKLM\..\RunOnce: [My Search - Search Assistant Installer] "C:\Program Files\MyWay\SrchAstt\MYSRCHSP.EXE" /rBut they wouldn't be causing your connection problems. Your log looks fine. I would be checking your ISP home page to see if the problem is with them!!! Or your modem could be at fault!!!

nellie2
Well everything seems okhttp://www.btopenworld.com/helpbb/services...OW_Home,00.htmlperhaps you should give them a ring tomorrow, it could be a hardware problem. I'm on cable modem so I don't quite know how the BT ones work.

nellie2
Like I said, I'm on cable modem. I can't find anything here on service status, perhaps you have to log in BT Broadband
christmascracker
If your still having problems I would give them a ring, even though they arn't reporting anything on the website doesn't mean there isn't a problem somewhere.I'm with BT Broadband and have had to phone them 2 or 3 times over the past months with dropped connections and the modem not synchronising.Turned out to be a faulty modem in the end.
