Guest Blink_182_fan Posted February 20, 2004 Report Share Posted February 20, 2004 i have posted a topic on this forum already about my sony mp3 player not reading any .wma files(these files are files that have been copied from a cd with windows media player) and i need help how to make my cd player read them or to change the .wma to .mp3. I have already tried changing the endings of the .wma files to .mp3 files but the cd player does not play them either. Does anyone else have an mp3 cd player and i would appreicate help on this matter as i do not know if there is a fault with the cd player. Andy-2004 Posted February 20, 2004 Report Share Posted February 20, 2004 wht we are talking about is mp3 cdsas you may well know Mp3's are more compressed than normal cd filesthere fore more of them would fit on a diskthe only problem is if you were to just stick them on a disk any NORMAL cd player wouldnt be able to read them...there fore you need a Mp3 cd player that can read and play these special computer type music files...there is nothing ilegal i think as blink is ripping the Mp3 files off cds which he has bought for money!Overall the upside to this wole thing is you can put...about 3, 4 maby 5 full albums onto one disk so that you only have to take one cd with you rather that 4-5 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
