To be paranoid (like me) use both plus SpywareBlaster ! :blink:

Both SpyBot and AdAware are good, but they each seem to find things that the other doesn't pick up. Use them both!

Do u mean that if i use spybot,it only detects most of the spywares not all.So that's why i've to use both to totally remove the spywares???

Spybot and adaware only use resources when you are running a scan with them, they won't slow your comp down but once used and you have removed the spyware you should find it speeds up !
