Has anyone got a recorded message phone call and it says you have won a holiday and to find out press such and such a button it is a complete scam and you could end up paying alot of money they reang my house twice the thing you should do is hang up

We had one like that a few years ago, for a posh holiday hotel. We were offered a time share . They went bust a few months later. A few days ago, I had a phone call from an Indian. He said I had won a package consisting of a digital camera, and a new Orange phone. He wanted my bank account sort code and account number to set up the direct debit for the phone. I suggested that he sent my package together with a direct debit form, and I would sign and return the form by return post. Needless to say, I am still waiting for my package. Unfortunately people do still get taken in.
