expertec
When I need to use directory enquiries (very rare) I use the Telewest one (118 180 i think) because most of the others don't work from a Telewest line
Sir Radfordin
How long before someone sets up a dedicated number to ring to find out the number of the best 118 service for your needs?!I've never used DQ - BT provide it for free on their website so what's the point? r4may
It's a lot easier and cheaper to use the 'Online' Directory Enquiries - Free in fact.So why bother with 118 ????
djohn
Registered as disabled I get free directory enquires from BT 195. I thought it might be useful for people to know that if your registered with BT not only do you get the free 195 but also priority call out if you have a problem. Also you are exempt from the £50.00 call-out charge they will make if the fault is on your side of the line rather than theirs.
