To make a good yorkshire pudding you have to beat the eggs and the flour really well until the gluten in the flour becomes really stretchy....... that is what makes it rise.  A proper yorkshire pud is yummy.

A nice large chunk of Yorkshire pudding with roast beef and veg is unbeatable.

All lovely, but fattening! Let us know when you'rehere on a visit TracyLynn - we'll take you out for some traditional English food. :)

BTW people - what do you think of the frozen Yorkshire puddings? Nothing like the real things in my opinion! :(
