trackrat Posted April 21, 2004 Report Share Posted April 21, 2004 After all the problems with Fedora not supporting my N-Force 2 mobo and being told that I had to alter the kernel ( as a newbie how the hell am i expected to do that).So I installed Mandrake 10 instead when I booted into it (after a sucessful install ) it booted into a text interface that reads like this.Mandrake Linux release 10.0 ( Community ) for i586Kernel 2.6.3-4 mdk on an i686/ttylLocalhost login ( entered that )Password ( entered that )[ trackrat@localhost trackrat ]$-----------------------------Can someone tell me the command to type to get to the KDE desktop?.
