maddogmatilda Posted May 17, 2004 Author Report Share Posted May 17, 2004 Her internet has always been set to 'always dial my default connection' but never had this problem until she had a new combi drive and memory upgrade, when the pc came back it had been set back to factory settings and she had to set up supanet again, ever since it keeps asking her to dial a connection. If I had sent my machine off for an upgrade and it came back reset to the factory settings I would be a tad annoyed!!! What happened to all your mums data and favourites etc? maddogmatilda Posted May 17, 2004 Author Report Share Posted May 17, 2004 She was told to back up all files etc before they collected it but she only backed up stuff like photo's and docs, is there a way she should heve been able to back up her internet and outlook express.
