andsome Posted June 7, 2004 Report Share Posted June 7, 2004 Apart from the extremely tiny totally illegible map mentioned by Nellie, I have no criticism. The map did not grow any bigger and after about thirty seconds I got fed up with waiting. It's a nice clean and efficient looking site, and does what it is supposed to do. Regarding Nellie's point about job applications, surely if you are applying for a job, you mention past experience, age, qualifications etc in any case. I know of some employers that won't even look at an initial application if it has too much information on it because it means that they have to wade through it to find the contact info!! I just thought that the vaccancies section could be a bit more specific about what was required from first contact.I waited ages and the map didn't get any bigger by the way!! The last time I applied for a job I was in my early forties.The one thing that I always refused point blank to divulge in the past was my current salary. To me the current salary is private and bears no relevance to an application. I never had anyone dispute my opinion at an interview, and always found that the interviewer was willing to discuss salary on the basis of what had been discussed at the interview.
