Chris
The time has come to dump Internet Explorer. I know, I know — you may have heard the same thing before from those that think it’s cool to hate Microsoft; but I’m not one of those guys. I’m actually an MCSE and I happen to like quite a few of Microsoft’s products. Rather than lump me into the Microsoft-basher category, consider for a moment why you use the browser you use, and humor me by entertaining the notion — if even for a second — that switching to another might be worth your while. My argument is simple: the benefits of using IE are too few - and the faults too great — to put off the adoption of an alternative any longer.More | Here
Bluecow
Sorry but I can't (Didn't like slim browser-like myie2 but not as good).I've d/loaded the new firefox and given it a whirl and still going but no roboform :( IE is the must customizable browser (with myie2 add on) going is the easiest to use, it connects to windows update unlike others (M$ should sort that though). Yes it has great big holes but if you read this thread eeerrrrrr can't find it now (firefox forum has search disabled) but someone coded a nice thing which installs a xxxtoolbar on your browser. So yes it is popular to hate the popular brands (Microsoft, Norton and Labour) is the alternative actually better? Gandalph
Just downloaded Firefox Powerless. First impression is that it appears to be a lot slower than IE but I will give it a try over the next week then re-post with an opinion.
