savak
Has any one had any experience of auctions on EBAY that claim to send links to purchase hardware really cheap like this one ?http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vie...6709350198&rd=1Just wondering if its a scam :scared: or is it worth it  ThanksGraeme
moon
I'd guess that eBay will kick that guy offline and close his account.
Redhat
I would never trust these kinds of "offers" :ninja: :)
andsome
Never fancied auction sites thanks. You have to trust the person at the other end. Sure, if there is a fiddle the offender may have his/her account closed, but that may be too late.Regarding TV auction sites, Watchdog had a scathing report on the the other night. They had been offering goods at a so called recommended price of hundreds of pounds, at a fraction of this price. When valued independently, many of the good were practically worthless. Keep your money in your pocket, until you find what you want at a reputable reseller.

trackrat
Never forget:-If it seems too good to be true then it most likely is.As pops says.I have been using e-bay for a couple of years and would not touch an offer like that with a bargepole.Maybe I have been lucky but I have not had a problem buying of e-bay

Scarecrow Man
Ebay is wonderful, but don't get caught by things like this. READ EVERYTHING!! and make sure you know what your buying, and how much your going to have to pay for it. I've found some great deals, but I can't stress enough how important knowing what your buying is. This is a perfect example. Read the whole AD, and you'll know exactly why it's so cheap.Like r4may said, "Note I don't sell this item directly i will give you a link within 24 hours on where to purchase this item and other goods for £20 thats right £20! once transaction is is completed and i have recieved the money you will get the link" Your paying for a Link, which is the same thing as you paying me for this. andsome
They do say don't they, there's a sucker born every minute? It's like spam, if only one in thousands answers, it's a nice little earner.

Redhat
"I can assure you this is 100% legitimite" "I'll just pass you on to the claims department" "Claims department, Roger speaking" "One born every minute" :D Great ad!
