-pops-
Just had a friend phone with a similar problem. He's got all sorts of infections on his machine (I'm going to fix it on Monday - hopefully) and I thought it was that but getting worse. He's in Brighton on NTL. Redhat
Nothing on the service-status page, although recently my speeds are reminicent (sp) of 600KB/s when I've been upgraded to 750 :(
Hurdy
I keep losing my connection every two or three days lately. Have to reset the modem and then it works.
nellie2
It's been alright now for a few hours... I tried resetting the modem earlier and it just blinked at me for ages. As if it couldn't find the connection.
andsome
Nellie see if this old link will work, and try entering a local proxy into IE.NTL proxy's

andsome
I had some trouble a couple of days ago, and it turned out to be a major fault locally. There has been a lot of work and upgrading going on lately.
