andsome
I don't go in for downloading music or so called music. It is just the default player, and I use it when I listen to radio on line, or play Cd's while I am on the computer. I wondered if there was any point in downloading version 10. -pops-
Last time I looked on Windows site about this, it stated it was for US customers only at that time. Has that changed?Like madboy, though, I'm not a fan.

Guest be@vis
All I can tell you is that Robert Johnson, Bukka White et al , sound no different on WMP 10 than they did on WMP 9 . There are benefits to be had from moving up but they're lost on me, I'm afraid.

andsome
Try this link Andsome, I downloaded it from here about 3 weeks ago.I have had no problems with it .http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsme...d/download.aspxThe website is back up now. Got it thanks. I like one little quirk, if a CD is currently available the CD cover picture displays in one corner of the window. Clever people these Chinese are. Cpt James T. Kirk
i have windows xp home sp1 and i got the wmp 10 a couple weeks ago. to me it looks a bit different, but not much. and i have found out from certain sites i go to that they require media player to run stuff. and also like my fs92004 it rerquires wmp to even play the game. so i have directx9.c and wmp 10 and it works fine. so i guess it doesnt really matter if you have wmp 9 or 10. they both work ok. and yeah, the little window popup of the alblum cover for a cd is pretty cool.
