boyajian
I just bought a new Wireless IntelliMouse Explorer that comes with IntelliPoint 5.0 Mouse Software. Unfortunately Setup software will only run under Windows XP, 2000 or Mac. I'm using Win98 SE. Is there any way to get IntelliPoint 5.0 to install under Win98 SE? TIARon Boyajian :(

Boris
Not sure if it'll work ? - but have you tried this ?Intellimouse and Intellipoint Mouse Drivers 4.12 update for Microsoft pointing devicesDescriptionThis download has the latest drivers for Microsoft Intellipoint/Intellimouse pointing devices (or 'mouse'). The main features of this update are to assign buttons, increase scrolling support for more applications and improve the compatability under Millennium (Me), Windows 2000 and Windows XP. The download contains drivers for any type of Microsoft Mouse, including 'IntelliEye'. Unlike previous driver updates this installation doesn't require you to have an older version of the driver on your PC - Microsoft have finally seen the light. You can install this driver straight onto your system without going for the laborious task of loading one driver from a floppy, rebooting and then loading the update. This new streamlined approach will cut down on many conflicts with other devices.http://download.microsoft.com/download/4/8...12EngALLMsi.exe
