Guest Smiffy99 Posted March 28, 2003 Report Share Posted March 28, 2003 Just really wanted to say Hi to everyone and especially to those that know me from PCA.I have been a fairly long term member of THAT forum and over the years have helped quite a few people with legal advice (where possible) but after todays curt and, frankly, downright rude reply from China (Yes I remember him before the power went to his head) I think I have had enough.I have actually prepared several court cases for members of THAT forum and represented one in court - all successfully. I have given advice on topics to the extent that Wendy Brewer wrote to me and asked if I would act as their "Legal expert" for the forum as the advice I had just given in a thread had been checked and found to be 100% accurate. I wrote back, explained that although I am 36 years old, I am actually not yet qualified (but well on the way) as a solicitor. But that yes, I would gladly help out where I could. Guess what? She did not even have the courtesy to reply and I have heard nothing over the last three or four months.Oh well, rant over, I hope that I will find many friends (and perhaps adversaries) here from PCA.
