Scarecrow Man
can you connect by using the ip?Also are you using DHCP or Static IP?
Zfactor
Just of our curiosity, what browser are you using? And did you try using a different browser?I only ask this because my father had a problem where he could not use Mozilla (netscape) browsers to access his banking information because of a support issue, and he had to resort back to IE.I figure there is no harm in asking which browser you are using to try to access the site, because ameritrade would be similar to a banking site in that it stores your financial information and allows you access/change etc.
ike
Also are you using DHCP or Static IP? ??????I use IE 6 Win98seI got on the site once last night, but haven't been able to get back on again today ...about a month ago I tried Firefox...Didn't like it, went back to IE
hftmrock
Do you notice any patterns on when you can get on. (Example: Always in the morning or Right after an adaware scan)?Might be a clue to what is happening. Also , have you tried to get onto that particular site with another browser. If you have netscape or if you still have Firefox, try to get to that site. It will help rule out the browser being the cause.
