When I got on to internet , I found that my PC automatically shut down and restart automatically. In this few days, it happened more frequently. Have My PC caught a virus ? -pops- Posted December 24, 2004 Report Share Posted December 24, 2004 Do you get any warnings or messages before this shutdown occurs?When you start up again, look in the Event Viewer to see if there is anything untoward recorded there.Event Viewer: RIGHT click on My computer -> click on Manage then on the + sign alnongside Event Viewer.
